Photo Tips

Your original photographs may be in color,
black and white, or sepia.

It is easier for an original image size to be reduced,
than it is to enlarge it.

Photos will be edited as needed.

Tips for selecting photographs:

Sharp and clear photos which are close to, or larger than, the Coppertints image area work best.

Approximate image area dimensions are
Small Coppertint: 2 1/8” x 2 3/4”
Medium Coppertint: 2 3/4” x 3 1/2”
Large Coppertint: 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”

We will edit your photo as necessary to fit our Coppertints formats.

Vintage photos showing some signs of aging are fine. However, if you think your photograph is in need of restoration, it’s best to have that done prior to sending us your image.
